I came in for physical therapy after breaking my ankle in 3 places. Walking was difficult, and I made great progress during my time at CPST. I was able to start walking without a limp and eventually running in place. My ankle rotation and strength improved. I would highly recommend anyone to CPST for improving your body when you are have an injury or pain.
